Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
What it costs
- Standard — £4.99, 3–5 working days
- Express — £6.99, 1–2 working days
Standard delivery is free on orders of £20.00 and over. In practice that's two bags of coffee.
When it leaves us
Your coffee is roasted after you order it, not before. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. The delivery times above start from dispatch, not from when you order.
If you need coffee for a particular date, email hello@lostangles.co.uk before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
When it arrives
Every bag is stamped with the date it was roasted. Coffee is at its best in the weeks just after roasting — we'd suggest drinking it within four weeks of that date, and keeping it somewhere cool and dark, sealed, but not in the fridge.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email hello@lostangles.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll replace it.
