Who we are

Lost Angles is a coffee roasting business operated by Declan Walsh as a sole trader, trading from Watergate, Broxhill Road, RM4 1QH, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to every order placed through lostangles.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you receive the order confirmation.

We may decline an order — for example if we can't deliver to your address, if a coffee has sold out, or if a price has been listed in error. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take payment when you place your order, because we roast against orders and the coffee is roasted for you specifically.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a coffee is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability

We roast in small batches from specific lots. Coffees run out and are not always repeated. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll email you and refund in full.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Allergens and food safety

Our coffee is a single-ingredient product: roasted coffee beans. It is packed in a facility that handles coffee only. If you have a specific concern, email hello@lostangles.co.uk before ordering.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your access secure. Tell us at hello@lostangles.co.uk if you think someone else has used it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
